Introducing: 7x Joint Support Supplement. An exciting 7-in-1 solution!
Just 1 – 2 capsules with breakfast gives you 7x the nutrients you need to help enhance the health of your joints and cartilage while improving overall mobility with 7x natural ingredients. What are those 7x ingredients? Let’s take a look!
Boswellia
An herbal extract taken from the Boswellia Serrata tree, it has been used for centuries in Asia and Africa to treat a variety of chronic inflammatory conditions. This is because Boswellia contains chemicals that help decrease swelling and work with the body to increase its immune response.
Boswellia's anti-inflammatory properties were tested in a 2003 study of people suffering from osteoarthritis in their knees. Patients receiving Boswellia reported less knee pain and an increase in the flexibility of their knee joints. Source
Turmeric
A common spice that comes from the root of Curcuma Longa, turmeric contains a chemical called curcumin, which has been shown to reduce swelling.
A study published in the medical journal Trials compared the effectiveness of turmeric to diclofenac (a common anti-inflammatory drug). The study found that the natural curcumin in turmeric provided a similar level of pain relief as the drug diclofenac. Furthermore, patients receiving curcumin reported significantly lower instances of side effects (13% vs 38% in the patients treated with diclofenac). Source
Hydrolyzed Collagen
A protein commonly found in your body, hydrolyzed collagen (also known as collagen peptides) is collagen that has been broken down into more easily dissolvable amino acids. When taken orally, hydrolyzed collagen has been shown to build up in skin and cartilage; helping to improve some skin and joint conditions.
A 2018 study that included 92 patients showed that hydrolyzed collagen can help strengthen joints and help to relief pain caused by conditions like osteoarthritis. Source
Another study published in 2008 found that hydrolyzed collagen provided significant improvement in joint pain experienced by athletes with activity-related joint pain. Source
Bromelain
An enzyme found in pineapple juice and in the pineapple stem, bromelain has been shown to cause the body to produce substances that fight inflammation pain and swelling.
A study conducted in 2004 found that bromelain’s anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties make it an effective treatment for pain, soft tissue swelling, and joint stiffness.
Lipase
Found in many plants, animals, and even our own bodies, lipase is an enzyme that not only breaks down fats during digestion but changes our fatty acids to lower inflammation of our muscles.
Methyl Sulfonyl Methane (MSM)
A chemical that naturally occurs in humans as well as some plants and animals, Methyl Sulfonyl Methane (MSM) is essential for supporting many different functions and proper cell structure, and for reversing free-radical damage to cells. It is commonly used to lessen inflammation and reduce swelling as studies have shown that MSM significantly reduces inflammation in your body. It also prevents the breakdown of cartilage, a flexible tissue that protects the ends of your bones in joints.
A study done with 100 people over the age of 50 found that treatment with a supplement containing 1,200 mg of MSM for 12 weeks decreased pain, stiffness, and swelling in the joints when compared to a placebo. The group receiving the supplement also reported improved overall quality of life and less difficulty walking and getting out of bed.
Vitamin C
A powerful antioxidant found in a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, vitamin C has many potential health benefits; including reducing pain and inflammation and protecting against cartilage damage.
A 2019 study tested vitamin C usage in patients with rheumatoid arthritis; concluding that vitamin C helped to reduce their inflammatory markers Source. Another 2019 study tested vitamin C's ability to prevent cartilage damage associated with osteoarthritis. It determined that vitamin C induced a series of reactions that help protect cartilage against damage. Source
